Mike St. Martine is the creative force behind Gregory’s full-service design and video team. As Executive Creative Director, he’s grown the department from a small offering to a fully integrated service—powering some of our most memorable brand campaigns.

With two decades of experience in advertising, Mike has led creative for B2B and B2C clients across tech, real estate, financial services, and beyond. He’s known for being transparent but boundary-pushing, helping clients break out of their comfort zones and realize the full potential of their brand.

His sweet spot? Big-picture thinking that’s grounded in smart, strategic storytelling. Whether he’s leading a rebrand or directing a campaign, Mike ensures every visual and message aligns to something bigger—so the work isn’t just eye-catching, it’s effective.
