Junior Associates Program
A Meaningful Leg-Up in Your Public Relations Careers
The Junior Associate program is designed to develop the next generation of PR professionals, combining hands-on experience with structured training from day one. It begins with two weeks of immersive training, preparing recent graduates with the fundamentals, pace, and expectations of PR before they join client teams. During the program, Junior associates collaborate as a group to apply what they’ve learned, culminating in a case competition that puts their new skills into practice.
Many members of our senior leadership team began their careers as Junior Associates, including the firm’s President and Co-Owner, Joe Anthony, who joined Gregory as a Junior Associate after graduating from Villanova University.
This is a full-time position (most applicants apply in the months before graduation) - we begin the interview process in March and April.
