Junior Associates Program
A Meaningful Leg-Up in Your Public Relations Careers
Each year, we hire up to 10 recent college graduates to join Gregory as Junior Associates. This is a full-time, salaried role. It’s also the front door to a career in public relations.
Junior Associates take part in an intensive 90-day training program before joining client teams. The program is designed to teach the craft, the pace, and the standards of professional PR. Training is based at our headquarters in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Junior Associates destined for our Boston, New York, or London teams train together as a cohort.
During the first 90 days, participants work in small teams, are paired with mentors, and compete in a case challenge against fellow Junior Associates. The winning team earns a visit to our London office. We begin the interview process during Spring Break in March or April, for a June start date. Openings fill quickly. This is a highly sought-after opportunity.
We accept only recent college graduates. Strong candidates often bring PR internship experience or degrees in journalism, communications, or English.
We invest heavily in this program. Many members of our senior leadership team began their careers as Junior Associates. That includes our President and Co-Owner, Joe Anthony, who joined Gregory as a Junior Associate after graduating from Villanova University.
