Kara Lester helps financial services clients grow their reputations with purpose. Whether she’s building executive thought leadership platforms or turning company milestones into high-impact moments, Kara knows how to align strategy with visibility to achieve long-term goals.

Before joining Gregory, Kara worked in the wholesale mortgage industry, where she led the B2C communications and marketing initiatives focused on growth. She’s also worked at a PR agency with clients in the arts, nonprofit, and chemical sectors, and began her career in marketing focused on endurance sports events. That varied background now gives her an edge in managing complex campaigns across executive visibility, thought leadership, media strategy, integrated marketing, and more. Clients value her strategic lens and her insistence that every deliverable serves a business goal, not just a headline.

Kara also understands how to make campaigns stick by getting buy-in from key stakeholders early and steering clear of the scattershot approach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Florida International University. Outside of work, she serves on Project HOME’s Rising Leaders Committee and keeps busy with her energetic daughter.
