With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, Josh Lusk leads Gregory’s digital team in developing full-funnel strategies that don’t just build brand presence; they drive real growth. He’s behind some of our most successful digital campaigns, using paid and organic tactics across search, display, email, and more to deliver leads that convert.

Josh is known for making the complex feel simple. Clients rely on him for strategic insight, clear direction, and speed, especially in crowded, high-stakes industries like financial services, SaaS, and cybersecurity. His client portfolio includes Pacer ETFs, Adthena, The Wealth Alliance, Westwood Group, and STRATA Trust. Before joining Gregory, he held digital leadership roles at Mars Inc., Dorman Products, and Reminder Media.

He believes that too many agencies silo their digital work, and that great digital marketing doesn’t live in a vacuum. It’s most potent when fully integrated into a broader campaign, with top-of-funnel awareness paving the way for bottom-of-funnel results.
