Before joining Gregory, Caryn spent 15 years at boutique agencies focused on financial services and technology. Earlier in her career, she led corporate PR at Akamai Technologies during its IPO run-up and started out as a journalist at Ziff Davis — experience that still shapes her instincts and media savvy today.
She lives with her husband near the coast, where she makes time for paddle-boarding, cycling, beach walks, and evenings around the fire pit.
